If you accidentally park there, you are doomed and need to pay 300 dollars to get your car back. I went to the Macdonalds for 10 min and park my car in their parking lots. When I was back, my car was already towed. When I knocked on the pawnshop door, the Chinese lady did not even let me in and I had to speak behind a fence. Neighbor stores said it happened a lot, I think they tow the cars to make money.
